Is model attribute effects the loading time for zul pages?

I am assigned to a work where I need to load the heavy list (Nearly 11250 rows having averagely huge data) to the combobox, onSelect combo item I need to send the data to dao layer and I need to fetch the data. I am using hibernate and java in back end. Hibernate is responsive and it is returning list quickly. but in viewModels init method it is taking too much time(5-6 minutes). So please help me through this.
