Hi there,

Watch out, case sensitive.
If you are using previous ZK8 :

apply="org.zkoss.bind.BindComposer" viewModel="@id('vm') @init('my.path.ClassVM')"

ZK8 and later :

viewModel="@id('vm') @init('my.path.ClassVM')"

For me the problem was a missing parenthesis ")" at the end of @init.

... apply="org.zkoss.bind.BindComposer" viewModel="@id('vm') @init('com.example.SearchVM'">

instead of

... apply="org.zkoss.bind.BindComposer" viewModel="@id('vm') @init('com.example.SearchVM')">
