Since your question is a little abstract, the best thing to do is to check out all the components that zk provides including grid's, listboxes, charts, etc at the following url:

ZK is not a statistics engine.

What you can do with ZK is define a UI for your users to request a report based on the parameters they provide in your UI. The UI may then call one of your backend services to produce the statistics report results. Once you have the results and you have decided what to display, and how to display it, you can use ZK components to render the results in an interactive view using various components such as grid, listbox, chart, tree ...
