we found if you put 'eclipse' in a folder that folder path contains space character will cause 404 and missing icon problem. this is classloader issue with jar and resource, we will fix this bug in next release. a workaround for now, please move your eclipse to a 'no space character path' folder. also avoid to put you project in a space character path.

and, please report to this discussion if the problem gone or not to help us fixing this bug.
