Problems with freshly CE Version 7.0.7

Hi all,

i use the stable Version CE 7.0.3 and all works perfect. Now i installed the freshly CE Version 7.0.7 and it does not work! I use Eclipse Kepler with tomcat 7 and JDK 1.8

What is the Problem?
