Groupbox content not loaded into Dom when the box is closed by default

I've a groupbox with open="false"

The result is the content of the groupbox is not loaded into the dom until the groupbox is opened once. Then the content stays in the dom.

Is there a way to overide the component so that the content is always loaded even if closed? Without having to open then close through code.
