axCZKEM1.RegEvent is giving Error

I am been given task to connect the Bio-Metric devices to read data as we are having 30 Devices to download it manually its getting tough.

At present we are working the manual process of application developed on VB6.

I downloaded ZKEMKEEPER.DLL 5.10 Version.

Please kindly guide me how to connect and read data.

I am working in VB.net on windows 7 .
