Hello,
let's say i have listbox o persons with attribute "id". Now I write id for example 7 into textbox. Can some1 help me how could i get listitem(person with id 7) from listbox so I can change its style (highlight it)?

A nice approach would be to use a renderer as shown at the following url:

At the renderer class you can add a conditional statement in order to specify the id you want to change the styling.
