ZK Decimal Box issue [closed]

Hi I am using zk decimal box as follows

<decimalbox
value="@bind(vm.selectedClaimDetail.tmpTransientPatOwesAmt)"
format="#,###.##" />

In the user machine, when we type 12.34, it converts to 1.234 after lost focus.

This happens only in particular computer .

It would be better if you declared your locale as shown at the following url (The same scenario was applied for my country):

Did you look at the locale of the IE or the OS?

For IE :
