Problem with Bootstrap Theme

I'm testing the theme "Ace Admin Board zk bootstrap" a project and the problem that i do not know how to use sidebar so that when i choose to include a page in the "main content". Right now when I select an option open to me .zul "<include src="pageTest.zul"/>" but not within 'main content'. I hope I explained. thank you very much
