Borderlayout collapsible without splittable

Hi, I need a South of a borderlayout to be collapsible without being splittable and without a title. If I set a title it can be collapsible without being splittable. If I set it as splittable it can be collapsible without having a title. If I set collapsible without a title and without being splittable I expect that it would appear a line as in the splittable mode but without the option of resizing it, only the arrow to close it. But it is not happening. How can I achieve my goal? I thought of deleting by myself the option of resize it byt I don't know how can I disable that event.

Any idea?
