How do I change the way the CalendarEvent is rendered in the calendar?

I tried implementing my own EventRender and registering it with the Calendar by using setEventRender(EventRender), but it did not work. I set break points in the code and I could see that it was never called. I know that the setEventRender is deprecated, but how do I control the way the calendar event is rendered on the screen?

As far as i know it's not possible. :-(

I hope zkCalendar will be on the todo list in next future for a complete new re-design.

  1. customizable event renderer!!!!
  2. customizable event title with toolbar for clickable icon (alarm timer, and so on)
  3. popup on event for showing additionally data.
  4. default time period for business time showing i.e. 8:00 to 18:00 and not 0:00 on top.
  5. iCAL compatible model class!!!!!!

best Stephan
