did your Q/A team mention any suggestions or expectations? or were they just curious? I mean is there anything they want to be changed/fixed?

the character 'e' allows scientific notation as a shortcut for very large or small numbers

1.5e-4 -> 0.00015
2.3456e+10 -> 23456000000
1.2e+20 -> 120000000000000000000

if the number is way too large to convert the scientific notation will stay

1.2e+50 -> 1.2e+50

Is there any particular reason for your question?
