Create theme based on atlantic

Hi, I like atlantic theme and I would like to create some themes like atlantic but with different color to let the user choose which he prefer. Is there a tool like theme roller to do it or any tutorial to know how can do this easly?

The theme generated by the themeroller is not based on the atlantic one. It is similar to sapphire, silvertail, etc. So it is not what I'm looking for
