Look at this demo
Now collapse the East (shows 30%)
Instead of clicking on the arrow button, just click on center of the bar
Now you can note that, strange behaviour, i,e bar still on the same position, but content part expanded.
Is any option to fix this ?
That's a feature. It is for viewing east content and still keep collapsed state.
