Change Tabbox - tab background color

I want to change the background colour of the tab

<tabbox mold="accordion">
  <tabs>
    <tab style="background-color:red;">Label1</tab>
    <tab>Label2</tab>
    <tab>Label3</tab>
  </tabs>
  <tabpanels>        ...

  </tabpanels>
</tabbox>

But it didn't worked :(. Please give me some hints :)

Your color works, but it gets overridden by a background image of a nested div.

To remove this background-image, and replace with a solid color you can use the sclass attribute to give the tab a specific class, and apply the style using normal css rules.

Please have a look at this example showing how this can be achieved.
