Hi zhangzcz999,

This merge feature is demonstrated in our online demo: http://zssdemo.zkoss.org/zssdemo/index.zul In our demo the focus will not get lost, see the recorded demo: http://screencast.com/t/F3KFgECus2M

Hope you can reference the demo code and find some hints. Is there any reason why you need to create a custom menu? If you must create a custom menu can you provide a reproducing sample of your issue and the following information:

  1. ZSS version
  2. ZK version
  3. browser

ZK version is: 6.5.0 and ZSS version is 2.5.0。browser is ie9/chrome/firefox.

We need to create a custom menu, because we don't need so many menu items and some items isn't work right. Also when we created a button to do this kind action ,the problem happened.

what i want to do is like the image: zhangzcz1999.iteye.com/blog/1851867

the problem is when i click the menu, the focus can not see, but when i click the sheet the focus can be see again. However i found your online demo, the problem not happened.
