Look guys, I'm an experienced ZK programmer and I rely heavily on the preview when prototyping a layout. Don't insult me by suggesting this is nothing more than a crutch for the inexperienced. It is not. To suggest otherwise is simply an indication that you are out of touch with your users.

Agree with martindk, this is HUGE step back in usability of ZK for programmers. One of the main advantage of ZK was that you can put inexperience programmer (or designer) to do the zul files. With this, now they need to immerse in the ZUL docs to know what to do. And even if you are experience, the preview window was very useful.

WYSIWYG useful tool for both beginners and professionals. It is sad that such an attractive opportunity disappeared :(
