Two compnents scrolling together

Is there a way to make to componens scroll together? I have a zul page that is scrollable and it includes another zul page that has a tree inside it. More specifically the zul with tree in it is navigation and it is on the right side of the screen. I want the navigation to scroll down with the main page. Now the navigation tree just sits at the
right top of the screen and does not scroll down with the main page.
