I am interesting the zk spreadsheet, firstly i use zssapp demo to evaluate the spreadsheet feature. the demo is very powerful, but i found the code expose some bad smell.

1. firstly i think the demo sourcecode contains many more TODO comments, as demo source code, i suggest give a clean and minic app to let user evaluate the spreadsheet features.
2. only focus on open source zk code base, please don't introduce some PE or EE code into the open source code, it let user is very confuse.
3. in my evaluate experience, I have not found what is PE or EE spreadsheet feature, anyone know it, could you please refer it to me. at least, i have not see any different from open source zssapp demo.
