Please advice: Spring - CE PE or EE?

There are three version CE PE and EE.
When to scroll to Web Technology Integration table, then only EE has check on:
Integrate Spring Security, Spring Web Flow and Integrate Spring - MVC Composer

What does it actually mean? I have to use Spring 3 MVC and Spring 3 Security Framework and I am ordered to use zkoss framework. So, do I have to buy EE license in order to use zkoss with Spring 3 mvc and spring 3 security or I can use them also with zkoss freeware version?
