Need to change the window title dynamically.

Hi,
I have a popup modal window opened on the click. In this popup modal I am providing a feature for search.
In this modal i have 2combo-box for selecting country and state for example.
Once user selects country and state and clicks on submit button I am able to get the results and able to display. But the title of the modal window should get changed to Selected CountryName : StateName

Is it possible?
Please comment.
