ZK6 Bind and Template component

Hi, I just started usign the new ZK6 binding system and really love it!
I have a question:
is it possible (or is it doable) to use the template component along with databind and models in components that not support model?
Example:

<div model="@bind(vm.myList)">
  <template name="model" var="item">
    <button label="@bind(item)" />
  </template>
</div>
