Hello

Some users get occasionally the following error message in the browser.
Message from webpage: The server is temporarily out of service. Would you like to try again? (467)

It happens after a server call. The little 'Processing' window appears and is blocked for 15 minutes, then the message above appears.

Only remote users (located in Turkey) have the problem, whereas users located nearly the server (Germany) don't get that error.

What is the reason for that problem and is there a solution? Could it be a network issue?

Browser: IE8
ZK Version: 5.0.7

Thank you
Dieter

Hi Dieter,

It looks like a network issue. You can look into server log for more information.

We did some more research and found that this error apperas only with IE8 and IE9.

It works with Firefox and it works also with IE in Compatibility view.

Hi atul2012,

Do you using Apache with Jbooss 6.1?
If yes, do you using mod_proxy in Apache?

Hey Dieter,

I was also able to replicate this issue for my project but when I checked the same issue in my laptop then it worked fine there. So I did some more analysis and find out that due to some plugin, I was getting that error. So Please try with disabling your plugins in IE. May be that will work.

Good Luck!!!!
