Do I need php for FCKEditor to work?

I am using fckeditor and wanted to use it's upload function. It seems it is using upload.php and I don't have php container as I am running only tomcat. Any help would be appriciated.

Hi dagarwal82,
In this demo , you can see a simple upload feature if you click the flash button or Image button(please choose on the right side to switch the toolbar to "Full" first)
