Using GMap in HTTPS application

Hi,

When we use GMap in our application, we always get a security warning because the app uses HTTPS, but GMap appears to be using HTTP.
Is there a setting that can make GMap use HTTPS ?

Google Map API documentation says that it can be access via HTTPS (http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/basics.html#HTTPS)
