Disabled components

Hi everyone,
I'm new user ... I've this problem: I would like to disable all components when the server is processing data!
Now I have only a little box on left-top with a message ( "elaborazione in corso" in italian language), but all components are clickable and editabled !!!

One way could be

btnLogin.setAutodisable("self,username,password");

but it works only with buttons!
