Question about removing the grid hover effect

Hi , anybody know how to remove the hover effect of grid from several new themes?

After the zk theme was released, I try to remove the hover effect of the grids in breeze, sapphire and slivertail.
But I can't get a solution without modifying the jar files.

ex: sapphire theme.
I tried to overwrite the tr.z-row-over > td.z-row-inner attribute by using css created by myself.
However I don't know what attribute content I should use to make the hover effect removed or any other way to do the same effect.

Any idea?

Sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm really no css expert.
