How to communicate between two ZK applications running in a server?

I have two applications (projects) developed in ZK 5.0.1 version and running parallelly in Apache Tomcat 6 version.

I want to invoke one application from the other application with shared authentication.
That is, once authenticated in one application, one can able to redirect to the second application with sharing that authentication and without need to authenticate in the second application also.

But, if it is called from other than this, then I need to authenticate the user at first.

I tried to share a Session between 2 zk applications and am not succeeded.

Any idea or suggestion is welcome.
