Listheader with mold="select" and listheader hangs.

Test code is simple
test.zul

<zk xmlns="http://www.zkoss.org/2005/zul">
    <window>
        <listbox id="listbox" mold="select">
            <listhead>
                <listheader label="header1"/>
                <listheader label="header2"/>
            </listhead>
        </listbox>
    </window>
</zk>

Try to load this page - "loading..." message appears and never gone. No error message is displayed, no exception in log files - just "loading" for eternity :-)

Issue appears on ZK 5.0.0 CE, while ZK 3.6.4 renderers this listbox without any problems.

With 5.0.3 issue can not be reproduced - it works fine.
