Detach a modal window

I have a window with a function called "Cancelar" and in this window I have a modal Window that have a function named "Cancelar", too.
This modal window is opened when I click a button.
If I don't open the modal window all works well but if I open it and then detach it the principal window looks for the "Cancelar" function of the modal window instead of its own function.

How can I detach all the variables and functions of the modal window when I detach it?
