Larger control buttons for Windows?

Hello

Large size monitors are becoming pretty cheap and common, so we have a problem with ZK Windows.
Window control buttons (close and maximize) are too little to be used on 1280x1024 or larger screens.
The control buttons are only 16x16 pixels... you have to be a sniper to catch at first click!

Is it possible to resize the Window control buttons with simple setting?
I have tried ZKTheme, but all the control buttons are packed in one single gif file, so I cannot see a simple way to replace with larger ones.

Any ideas?
