FCKeditor error

I am facing a problem in which my page takes a long time to render and a javascript error I can see which shows the operation is timed out and URL is
localhost:8080/projName/zkau/web/js/ext/FCKeditor/editor/fckeditor.html?Instancename =sdfd

Had anybody faced this kind of problem earlier?
