Hello,
Do Zk checks the maxsize of an uploaded file after the file has already been uploaded?
If you limit the file size lets say to 5MB, the users can still submit huge files and the "size exceeded" error does not appear until the full file has been uploaded.
However the progress bar is showing the size of the file while it's being uploaded.
Well, ZK fileupload is server side component.
You will need some client side action to check this, unfortunately, it looks like is "impossible!!!"
This type of problem is the same like, imagine if you want to compress the file on client before send to server

Why doesnt it checks if the file size is allowed at that moment? It makes more sense right?
Yes, it sounds good.
Try to post it to feature request, then I will post +1 to the feature, it may influence ZK Team to implement the feature more fast.
