We need to build a desktop application running a portion of the ZK code from our web-based app. We're looking for recommendations from anyone with experience doing this. We would also appreciate any example code that can be shared.

Our web-based app uses Tomcat and Postgresql but either or both of those can be swapped out in the desktop version if there are alternatives (Jetty?, HSQL?) that will embed more easily.

If anyone has experience with ZK running embedded in a desktop application, please help me out. I've been looking around and not finding much that is germane to this. Thanks,
Scott

I assume from the lack of response here that using ZK on a desktop app is just a bad idea and it's best to replicate the logic in Swing.

Wait for next week.
I know of one guy who is planing a Desktop app that runs with a special FF.
Google for "Mozilla labs Prism". He would works with a embedded hsql DB and connect
rather for transfering the working data to the server.

Stephan

PS: Have a look here. Seems that the H2 Database
