how i can know if a desktop is not closed in the browserplease help.

You can use a Timer to tick it.

Search "Timer" in ZK official zkdemo site, you'll get this page:

Then take a look at the source code, you'll know how.

i am so sorry to inform you that the timer can not solve the problem i have tested and i noticed that the timer stopped at the time you close your browser

...If you found out that timer is no responding anymore, which means client-side Browser is closed or jumped to other page.

By all means you know the Desktop was dead.

In other word, if the Timer still "ticking" then it's alive.
