java file access the parent zul file's associated class

I have class that I am applying to a page. I am also using a rowRenderer, and I wan to be able to change a variable in that class. From the rowRenderer.java file, how would I access the parent page's class?
I want to add an onClick event that will change a specific variable in that page's class.

Can anyone help me with this please?
