Extra real live data Grid/Listbox/Tree demos required for dynamic model data retrieval

The excellent demo app is missing a crucial model scenario for the grid, listbox and tree components.

Currently your 'live' demos have the source data generated into an array that is created at the very start of the window display. Now what is required is a truely live data scenario where the data is found on demand. Hence, the data for page 1 is found when page 1 is painted, and the data for page 2 is only retrieved/generated when the component asks for it.
