Borderlayout: collapsed by default and title in collapsed frame

Hi,
I have two questions on borderlayout:

1. is it possible to set a collapsable frame collapsed by default?
2. Is it possible to set a title in a collapsed North or South frame?

1. Please specify the open property to be false.

collapsible="true" open="false"

2. Please post it to feature-request. But how to express East and West?
In browser, it's hard to show a vertical text.

can be possible to show an image when the west boerderlaouy item is collapsed?? it willl be easier than a text, the question is how to do it??
