I created a tracker called How-tos:

It is used to upload sample codes and files for How-tos.
How it works:
1. Go to http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/ZK/How-Tos and write a how-to.
2. If you have sample codes and resources accompanied with your how-to. Go to
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=152762&atid=828172
3. Click "Submit New" and at the bottom select file to upload.

4. After submit, you could copy the URL of the file you uploaded to your How-tos.
If you have multiple files to upload, it is suggested to zip them together.
A bit tedious but works.
