I've got different behavior regarding when a DesktopCleanup is being called depending upon which browser is used:
[zk 3.0.6 + tomcat + java 1.6 + mac os x 10.5.3]
a) using Firefox (2 and 3) and pressing 'reload' the DesktopCleanup is invoked immediately
b) using Safari (3.1.1) and pressing 'reload' does not invoke DesktopCleanup at all
This is rather annoying since we're using DesktopCleanup to decouple zk components from backing beans (session scope).
Is there something I can do about this or should be use a different approach rather than DesktopCleanup ?
Btw: DesktopInit is always called correctly.
Thank you,
Axel.

Thank you.
I'm currently tracking DesktopInit events and manually process components from the previous desktop (using request url as key to determine which one was 'previous').
Axel.
