Hi

What a great job you have done, this looks like it has huge potential.. However migrating to this type of frame work may take a bit of time. Rather then doing a complete rewrite I was thinking of using the following method in order to intergarate to method calls in the backend of my applications.

com.potix.zk.ui.Executions.getCurrent().getVariableResolver().getRequest()

I need to extract the user principler from the request. (I didnt see anywhere that you can do that in zk, did I miss something) ?

Thanks, once again nice work..

P.s. I like the idea of LGPL also, but I also realize that projects like this takes time to develope, thats why I contribute back to the open source community with my own work...

You are right. We shall add getUserPrincipal to Execution.

Please post this to Feature Requests for tracking. Thanks.

Glad you like this project. How to gradually integrate ZK into existent projects is important. However, all projects we involved decide to rewrite their UI (but keep backend). If you work out a good design pattern for integrating existent projects, don't hestitate to share with us.
