Different hight / width when made by Zk 6 and running at Zk 8

I encountered problems while making UI display using Zk 6 and then running it with different tomcat which its contents is Zk 8. after seeing the results, there are different. look size height and width does not match when i make it in zk 6. anyone ever experienced anything like me?
