I have web application i have implemented and maintained session. After login in my webapplication if i press Ctrl+left side arrow key it redirects to the previous page ie Login and again if i press Ctrl+right side arrow key without setting the session timed out it redirects to homepage
How do i fix this?
Without any details or your expectations it's hard to recommend a change. To me this sounds like a standard behavior. For a web application if the login page performs an implicit logout.
The question is... what would you like to fix? You only described your application's behavior but you forgot to mention what you expect to happen instead or you didn't mention where things go wrong.
What do you want to happen if the user navigates back (I assume CTRL-Left does a back navigation, for me on windows 10/chrome ALT-Left goes back). If your login page clears the current session I assume navigating right (forward in the history) should go back to the home page.
As you can see I an imagine a lot, so please ask yourself the same question: what is my application doing? what should it do? what's missing to achieve that?
