constraint error box in java

How can I generate constraint error box in java shown in the link.

The no empty constraint throwns onChanging event, I want throwns in button onClick.

When the save button is clicked if tele is empty the error box shows.

you can call textbox.setErrorMessage() as in the example below

this works with any InputElement
