I'm beginner in Zk and would like to start developing web applications based on this. But I have no idea where to start!!!

Could someone there help me to get started?

If there are books/tutorials or all what I need to begin, please send to my email: lchiuaia@yahoo.com.br

Hi chiuaia, Welcome to ZK Framework ;)

If you already know about java development IDEs (Eclipse, etc.) and java-based webservers (tomcat, etc.), I'd recommend starting here: getting started ebook

If you are not familiar with these tools, you may want to check out the installation guide: installation guide ebook

If you are not familiar with Java at all, you could start by checking out the introduction here: new to java article in installation guide ebook

For you first application, a personal favorite would be to obtain packages and build using maven: getting started with maven

Happy coding!

Hello chiuaia,

Here are some link's you might find useful:

Documents: http://books.zkoss.org

ZK Forum: http://www.zkoss.org/forum/

ZK Javadoc: http://www.zkoss.org/javadoc/

I would suggest reading through the Developer’s Guide. It covers most information you want to know about ZK.

Also there are some video tutorials that you can find on youtube.

Best Regards,
