You can integrate 3rd party CSS framework such as foundation, or bootstrap.

So using a similar approach you could apply it for material-design.

You can always create your own with themeroller
chillworld ( 2016-04-26 20:34:55 +0800 )editIt allows us only to change colors. But as you may know material design is more than just colors. For example textboxes and labels are a bit different. And It is not too easy to implement that functionality.
