Hi,

I am new to ZK and its tools. I am currently research ZATS (and others) because I am looking for an efficient way to include an UI export to an already present (rather large) project. The challenge is the improve the HTML/CSS (ZUL) interface between the UI designer and the developers.

I have 2 questions concerning the ZATS tool therefor:

  1. Are there any plans to update ZATS for ZK 8.x compatibility?

  2. Are there any problems expected with ZATS 1.2.0 for ZK 7.x when developing HTML/CSS/ZUL files (independent from the server side of the actual project) which will be later used 1-1 in the ZK 8.x project?

Thanks for any help, Greetings

Timo

Hi,

I don't understand your answer and the correlation to my questions.

So my questions are still open. Is there any information on these topics?

Hi,

we Use ZK 8.0.1.1 and we used ZK 7.0.6 before here and Zats work flawlessly. There was no problem when migrating.

There is a little bug when you use native HTML, but apparently it's fixed in the next release version of Zats.

(You will get error, but it won'T fail your test : Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 62; columnNumber: 19; The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup. )

Thanks
