Frequent TAM Error 404 status.

Frequent TAM Error. In one moment user is able to access application. In other moment, it starts throwing TAM error. Some observations. If we either 1. Clear the cookies (sometimes this work, sometimes it doesn’t) 2. Close the browser window for 10-15 minutes (always work)

TAM error disappears and application starts working till error starts appearing again. But it’s really frequent. It is appearing like once every 2 hours in an 8 hour shift for every user.

We can see couple of entries with 404 status in web-seal logs which would explain why this error is received. Logs: "GET /digilib-jn/digilib/zkau/web/e857/silvergray/img/zk/zkpowered.png HTTP/1.1" 404 1124

Any suggestion?
